Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner, Printful, for production and shipping.
Most orders take 2–5 business days to be fulfilled before they are shipped. Fulfillment time may vary during peak periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Please note that fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, and carrier availability. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are produced at different fulfillment locations, packaged separately for protection, or shipped from different facilities.
For example, if your order includes multiple product types or items fulfilled from different locations, each item may ship separately and arrive on different days.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a flat fee of $14.99 CAD for Standard Shipping for orders under $125.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.
We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner where applicable. However, shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control are not guaranteed.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate delivery updates.
